You can see both at once in All Contracts &amp; Offers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sent\">The Sent Contract path<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A contract you create moves through these stages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Draft<\/strong> \u2014 created but not finished (<strong>Finish Ad<\/strong> completes it).<\/li><li><strong>Active<\/strong> \u2014 live, so the learner can accept and enrol.<\/li><li><strong>Expired<\/strong> or <strong>Cancelled<\/strong> \u2014 the enrol-by date passed, or you called it off.<\/li><li><strong>Completed<\/strong> \u2014 the training was delivered. The Enrolled count shows how many learners joined.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"received\">The Received Offer path<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An offer from a learner moves through these stages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Received<\/strong> \u2014 the offer arrives on the Received Offers tab.<\/li><li><strong>Reviewed<\/strong> \u2014 you open <strong>View Details<\/strong> to check the terms.<\/li><li><strong>Accepted<\/strong> \u2014 it becomes <strong>Scheduled<\/strong> and the engagement is <strong>Hired<\/strong>; or you mark it <strong>You Declined<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Student Withdrawn<\/strong> \u2014 the learner can pull the offer back before you accept.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"hired\">Once it\u2019s confirmed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However the agreement starts, once it\u2019s accepted the engagement is <strong>Hired<\/strong> and you can begin teaching. You then manage delivery \u2014 sessions, attendance and payments \u2014 from your training batches.
