The Received Offers tab lists the offers learners have sent you to deliver training. Here\u2019s how to read each one and what the statuses mean.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"840\" src=\"https:\/\/tutorac.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/contracts-received-offers.png\" alt=\"The Received Offers tab on Tutorac's All Contracts page \u2014 offers learners have sent the tutor, showing rate, duration, preferred schedule, pricing type and status (Scheduled \/ You Declined \/ Student Withdrawn) with View Details\" class=\"wp-image-446\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"in-this-article\">In this article<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"#shows\">What this tab shows<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#card\">Reading an offer card<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#status\">What each status means<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#respond\">Reviewing and responding<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#detail\">Inside an offer (View Details)<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#faqs\">FAQs<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"shows\">What this tab shows<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The header reads \u201cThese are the offers students have sent to you.\u201d A learner sets out what they want and the terms they propose; each offer arrives here for you to review and respond to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"card\">Reading an offer card<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each card summarises one offer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Title<\/strong> \u2014 for example \u201cTraining offer for Java.\u201d<\/li><li><strong>Post<\/strong> \u2014 the course or requirement the offer relates to.<\/li><li><strong>Rate &amp; hours<\/strong> \u2014 the price per hour and total hours proposed.<\/li><li><strong>Start Classes<\/strong> \u2014 <strong>Immediately<\/strong>, or a <strong>Starts on \/ Ends on<\/strong> date range.<\/li><li><strong>Duration<\/strong> \u2014 the length of the engagement.<\/li><li><strong>Preferred Schedule<\/strong> \u2014 the days the learner wants (for example Daily, or Weekly with specific days).<\/li><li><strong>Pricing type<\/strong> \u2014 for example Fixed.<\/li><li><strong>Status<\/strong> \u2014 where the offer stands.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"status\">What each status means<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Scheduled<\/strong> \u2014 accepted with dates set; the training is lined up.<\/li><li><strong>You Declined<\/strong> \u2014 you turned the offer down.<\/li><li><strong>Student Withdrawn<\/strong> \u2014 the learner pulled the offer back.<\/li><li>An offer awaiting your response stays open until you act, and a delivered offer shows as Completed.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"respond\">Reviewing and responding<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open <strong>View Details<\/strong> to see the full offer. From there you can accept it \u2014 which confirms the work and marks the engagement <strong>Hired<\/strong> \u2014 or decline it. If the terms aren\u2019t quite right, talk to the learner first; see \u201cNegotiating terms before you commit.\u201d The full accept flow is in \u201cReceiving and accepting an offer.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"detail\">Inside an offer (View Details)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opening <strong>View Details<\/strong> shows the full offer on a job-style page with <strong>Details<\/strong>, <strong>My Proposal<\/strong> and <strong>Message<\/strong> tabs. The <strong>Offer Received<\/strong> panel carries the learner\u2019s <strong>Offer Description<\/strong> and a <strong>Contract Details<\/strong> block \u2014 <strong>Status<\/strong>, <strong>Job post<\/strong>, <strong>Pricing details<\/strong>, <strong>Preferred Schedule<\/strong>, <strong>Preferred Time<\/strong>, <strong>Start Date<\/strong> and <strong>Duration<\/strong>.
