Here\u2019s how to read each card, what the statuses mean, and what you can do from here.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"840\" src=\"https:\/\/tutorac.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/contracts-sent-contracts.png\" alt=\"The All Contracts and Offers page on Tutorac \u2014 the Sent Contracts tab listing Training Contracts the tutor has sent, with rate, hours, schedule, training type, status (Draft\/Active\/Expired) and the Send Training Contract button\" class=\"wp-image-447\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"in-this-article\">In this article<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"#shows\">What this tab shows<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#card\">Reading a contract card<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#status\">What each status means<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#actions\">Actions you can take<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#detail\">Opening a contract (View &amp; Edit)<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#faqs\">FAQs<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"shows\">What this tab shows<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The header reads \u201cThese are the contracts you\u2019ve sent to your students.\u201d Every Training Contract you build with <strong>Send Training Contract<\/strong> lands here, so you always have a record of what you\u2019ve offered and to whom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"card\">Reading a contract card<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each card summarises one contract:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Title<\/strong> \u2014 for example \u201cTraining Contract for Full Stack Development.\u201d<\/li><li><strong>Post<\/strong> \u2014 the learner requirement the contract responds to, when it\u2019s linked to one.<\/li><li><strong>Rate &amp; hours<\/strong> \u2014 your price per hour and the total hours.<\/li><li><strong>Starts on \/ Last day to enroll<\/strong> \u2014 when training begins and the cut-off to join.<\/li><li><strong>Batch Type<\/strong> \u2014 how sessions recur (for example Daily).<\/li><li><strong>Training Type<\/strong> \u2014 <strong>1-to-1<\/strong> or <strong>Group<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Status<\/strong> and <strong>Enrolled<\/strong> count \u2014 where the contract stands and how many learners have joined.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"status\">What each status means<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Draft<\/strong> \u2014 started but not yet finished or published. Use <strong>Finish Ad<\/strong> to complete it.<\/li><li><strong>Active<\/strong> \u2014 live, so the learner can accept and enrol.<\/li><li><strong>Expired<\/strong> \u2014 the last day to enrol has passed.<\/li><li><strong>Completed<\/strong> \u2014 the training has been delivered.<\/li><li><strong>Cancelled<\/strong> \u2014 the contract was called off.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"actions\">Actions you can take<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Finish Ad<\/strong> \u2014 complete a Draft and send it.<\/li><li><strong>View &amp; Edit<\/strong> \u2014 open an existing contract to review or update it.<\/li><li><strong>Send Training Contract<\/strong> \u2014 start a brand-new contract from the top of the page.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sending a new contract is covered step by step in \u201cSending a Training Contract to a learner.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"detail\">Opening a contract (View &amp; Edit)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selecting <strong>View &amp; Edit<\/strong> on a contract opens the <strong>Edit Training Contract<\/strong> wizard \u2014 the same four steps used to create one: <strong>Select Course<\/strong>, <strong>Schedule Batches<\/strong>, <strong>Payment &amp; Milestone<\/strong> and <strong>Invite Learners<\/strong>. The header shows the contract\u2019s <strong>Type<\/strong> and <strong>Status<\/strong>. Use <strong>Finish Ad<\/strong> to complete and send it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why is my contract Expired?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Its last day to enrol has passed.
