Once it&#8217;s agreed, the work is confirmed and you move from applying to teaching.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"directions\">Two ways an agreement starts<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>You send a Training Contract<\/strong> \u2014 after submitting a proposal, you can send the learner a contract to formalise the work.<\/li><li><strong>The learner sends you an offer<\/strong> \u2014 a learner can make you an offer, which you then review and accept.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Either path ends the same way: an agreed contract and a confirmed (Hired) engagement.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"track\">Where to track them<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Everything is visible under <strong>My Proposals<\/strong>, using the <strong>Sent Contracts<\/strong>, <strong>Offers Received<\/strong>, and <strong>Hired<\/strong> tabs.
