You can sort by <strong>Newest<\/strong> or <strong>Oldest<\/strong>, and open any proposal to view its cover letter and current stage.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tabs\">The tabs<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>All Proposals<\/strong> \u2014 everything you&#8217;ve submitted.<\/li><li><strong>Sent Contracts<\/strong> \u2014 proposals where you&#8217;ve sent a training contract.<\/li><li><strong>Offers Received<\/strong> \u2014 posts where the learner has sent you an offer.<\/li><li><strong>Hired<\/strong> \u2014 proposals that turned into confirmed work.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"status\">Proposal statuses<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each proposal moves through clear stages, for example:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Proposal Sent<\/strong> \u2014 your application has been submitted.<\/li><li><strong>Send Training Contract<\/strong> \u2014 you can send the learner a contract.<\/li><li><strong>Offer Received<\/strong> \u2014 the learner has made you an offer; <strong>Review &#038; Accept Offer<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Accepted \/ Hired<\/strong> \u2014 the work is confirmed.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may also see labels like <strong>Active<\/strong>, <strong>Awaiting Your Action<\/strong>, or <strong>Post Closed<\/strong>, which tell you whether something needs your attention.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"invites\">Invitations<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a learner invites you to their training post, it appears under the <strong>Invited<\/strong> tab in <strong>Find Work<\/strong>. Open the invitation and submit a proposal just as you would for any post.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"faqs\">FAQs<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What does &#8220;Awaiting Your Action&#8221; mean?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Something needs you \u2014 often an offer to review and accept. Open the proposal to see the next step.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What does &#8220;Post Closed&#8221; mean?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The learner&#8217;s post is no longer open. You may still have been hired from it if the status also shows Hired.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where do offers from learners show up?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under <strong>Offers Received<\/strong>, with a <strong>Review &#038; Accept Offer<\/strong> action.
