This article walks through creating one and inviting the learners you want to attend.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1192\" height=\"381\" src=\"https:\/\/tutorac.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/tutor-demo-create.png\" alt=\"Tutorac\u2019s Schedule a Demo form (Step 1, Create Demo) with Demo Title, Demo Date, Demo Time start and end, and a Create Instant Demo option\" class=\"wp-image-364\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"in-this-article\">In this article<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"#open\">Open the demo form<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#details\">Set the demo details<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#invite\">Invite learners<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#create\">Create the demo<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#schedule\">View your schedule<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#faqs\">FAQs<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"open\">Open the demo form<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From your dashboard, choose <strong>Schedule Free Session<\/strong> to open the demo form.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"details\">Set the demo details<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Demo Title<\/strong> \u2014 name the session so learners know what it covers.<\/li><li><strong>Demo Date<\/strong> \u2014 pick the day.<\/li><li><strong>Start Time<\/strong> and <strong>End Time<\/strong> \u2014 choose from the time slots.<\/li><li><strong>Create Instant Demo<\/strong> \u2014 use this if you want to start a demo right away instead of scheduling it for later (covered in the next article).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"invite\">Invite learners<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can add attendees two ways:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Select learners<\/strong> \u2014 search and select from your existing learners.<\/li><li><strong>Invite by email<\/strong> \u2014 enter an email address and choose <strong>Add New<\/strong> to send an invitation to someone not yet on your list.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"create\">Create the demo<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the details and attendees look right, choose <strong>Create Demo<\/strong>. Your invited learners will be notified about the session.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"schedule\">View your schedule<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use <strong>View My Schedule<\/strong> to see your upcoming demos and keep your sessions organised.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"faqs\">FAQs<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I invite more than one learner?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes.
