This takes you to your tutor profile, where all of your details are organised into sections you can edit.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sections\">The profile sections<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your profile is split into these sections:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Skills<\/strong> \u2014 the teaching categories, sub-categories, and skills that define your expertise.<\/li><li><strong>Basic Information<\/strong> \u2014 your personal and contact details, location, socials, and preferred time zone.<\/li><li><strong>Professional Details<\/strong> \u2014 your tutoring experience, education, certificates, and organisation details.<\/li><li><strong>Bank Details<\/strong> \u2014 the payout details Tutorac uses to pay your earnings.<\/li><li><strong>My Feedback<\/strong> \u2014 the reviews and feedback learners have left for you.<\/li><li><strong>Change Password<\/strong> \u2014 update your account password.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"completion\">Profile completion<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your profile shows a <strong>Profile Completion<\/strong> percentage along with a checklist of what&#8217;s still missing \u2014 for example your location details, socials, skills, tutoring experience, preferred time zone, organisation details, certificates, education information, and bank details. Work through the checklist to reach 100%. A more complete profile helps you appear in more learner searches and builds trust.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"public\">Preview with See Public View<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use the <strong>See Public View<\/strong> link on your profile to see exactly how learners see you. Check it after making changes so you know your public profile reads the way you intend.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"verified\">Profile status and verification<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your profile shows a <strong>Profile Status<\/strong> \u2014 once your profile is verified, it displays as <strong>Verified<\/strong>. Verification reassures learners that you&#8217;re a genuine, trusted tutor. Skills, basic information, professional details, and bank details are the most important to fill in early so you can be found and paid.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why does profile completion matter?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A complete profile helps you rank in learner searches, gives learners confidence, and unlocks a stronger public profile.
