This article explains how to use both.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"in-this-article\">In this article<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"#reports\">The Reports tab<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#alerts\">The Alerts tab<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#ontrack\">Staying on track<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#faqs\">FAQs<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"reports\">The Reports tab<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open your batch from <strong>My Training Batches<\/strong> and go to the <strong>Reports<\/strong> tab. It gives you a summary of how you&#8217;re progressing through the course \u2014 a useful check-in between sessions and a record you can look back on once the course is complete. Your tutor sees this too, so it helps you both stay aligned on pace and progress.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"alerts\">The Alerts tab<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Alerts<\/strong> tab collects important updates for the batch \u2014 things like schedule changes, new quizzes or assignments, and other notifications from your tutor. Checking it regularly means you won&#8217;t miss anything that affects your next session or a task that&#8217;s due.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ontrack\">Staying on track<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Glance at <strong>Alerts<\/strong> when you open your batch, so you catch updates early.<\/li><li>Use <strong>Reports<\/strong> to see how you&#8217;re tracking and where to focus next.<\/li><li>Cross-check the <strong>Curriculum<\/strong> and <strong>Sessions<\/strong> tabs to plan ahead.<\/li><li>If something looks off or you&#8217;re falling behind, message your tutor early through the <strong>Messages<\/strong> tab.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"faqs\">FAQs<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My Reports tab looks empty \u2014 why?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reports build up as your course progresses. Early on, or before your first sessions and tasks, there may be little to show. Check back as you move through the curriculum.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Are alerts the same as my account notifications?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Alerts tab is specific to that training batch. You may also receive broader notifications at the account level, but batch alerts keep course-specific updates in one place.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Will I be told about schedule changes?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schedule changes typically appear in the Alerts tab, and your tutor may also message you.
