Here you&#8217;ll see your scheduled classes \u2014 both upcoming and past \u2014 along with their date and time.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1440\" height=\"631\" src=\"https:\/\/tutorac.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/step4-tab-sessions.png\" alt=\"The Sessions tab of a Tutorac training batch listing scheduled live classes\" class=\"wp-image-195\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"join\">Joining a live session<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a session is due, open the <strong>Sessions<\/strong> tab and join the class from there at the scheduled time. Join a couple of minutes early so you&#8217;re settled before the tutor begins. If you can&#8217;t find the option to join, refresh the page close to the start time \u2014 some sessions only become joinable shortly before they begin.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"prepare\">Getting ready for class<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Use a stable internet connection and a quiet space.<\/li><li>Check your microphone, speakers, and camera beforehand.<\/li><li>Have any materials from the <strong>Drive<\/strong> tab or your notes ready.<\/li><li>Review the <strong>Curriculum<\/strong> tab so you know what the session will cover.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"after\">After a session<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Past sessions stay listed on the Sessions tab for reference. Your tutor may follow up with quizzes or assignments, share files in the Drive, or update the curriculum \u2014 check those tabs and your <strong>Alerts<\/strong> after class.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"faqs\">FAQs<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What if I miss a session?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Message your tutor through the batch&#8217;s <strong>Messages<\/strong> tab as soon as possible. Tutors can often reschedule or help you catch up. Don&#8217;t leave it until the next class.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I join from my phone?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can access your batch from a mobile browser, but for live sessions a device with a reliable connection, microphone, and screen space generally gives the best experience.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The join option isn&#8217;t showing \u2014 what should I do?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refresh the Sessions tab close to the start time. If it still doesn&#8217;t appear, message your tutor so they can check the session, or contact <a href=\"mailto:support@tutorac.com\">support@tutorac.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Are sessions recorded?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That depends on your tutor. If a recording is available, it will typically be shared through the batch.
