This article tours the batch dashboard and explains what each tab is for, so you always know where to find things.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"in-this-article\">In this article<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"#open\">Opening your training batch<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#tabs\">The batch tabs explained<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#faqs\">FAQs<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"open\">Opening your training batch<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Go to <strong>My Training Batches<\/strong> from your student account. You&#8217;ll see every course you&#8217;ve enrolled in, with its status (such as Ongoing, Completed, or Cancelled). Select a batch to open its dashboard, where the tools are organised into tabs along the top.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tabs\">The batch tabs explained<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sessions<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your scheduled live classes. You complete and submit them here.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Messages<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your conversation with the tutor for this batch, kept on-platform so everything stays in one place.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reports<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your progress in the course \u2014 a summary of how you&#8217;re tracking against the curriculum and tasks.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The milestones for your course, their payment status, and your invoices. This is where you release milestone payments as work is completed.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alerts<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notifications and important updates for the batch, so you don&#8217;t miss schedule changes or new tasks.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"faqs\">FAQs<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why can&#8217;t I see a particular tab or item?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some tabs only show content once your tutor adds it \u2014 for example, the Curriculum or Quizzes &amp; Assignments tab may be empty until the tutor sets things up. Check back after your first session.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where do I find my invoices?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open the batch and go to the <strong>Payment<\/strong> tab. Each completed milestone shows its payment status and a corresponding invoice.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Does a completed or cancelled batch still appear?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes.
