They protect learners and tutors alike, so everyone can focus on learning without harassment, fraud, or disruption.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"expect\">What&#8217;s expected of you<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Be respectful<\/strong> \u2014 treat tutors and other users professionally and courteously.<\/li><li><strong>Communicate clearly<\/strong> \u2014 be honest about your goals and responsive about scheduling.<\/li><li><strong>Honour your commitments<\/strong> \u2014 attend the sessions you book and pay for completed milestones as agreed.<\/li><li><strong>Keep activity on-platform<\/strong> \u2014 book, message, and pay through Tutorac so you stay protected.<\/li><li><strong>Respect privacy<\/strong> \u2014 don&#8217;t share other people&#8217;s personal information or session content without permission.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"notallowed\">What&#8217;s not allowed<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.<\/li><li>Threats, abusive language, or intimidating behaviour.<\/li><li>Fraud, scams, or misrepresenting who you are.<\/li><li>Spam, advertising, or soliciting users for unrelated purposes.<\/li><li>Sharing or recording sessions without the consent of those involved.<\/li><li>Attempting to take payments or arrangements off-platform to avoid fees or protections.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"report\">Reporting a problem<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If someone behaves inappropriately, you can report it. Use the reporting or block options available in <strong>Messages<\/strong>, or email <a href=\"mailto:support@tutorac.com\">support@tutorac.com<\/a> with details and any evidence (such as message screenshots). Reports are handled confidentially.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"consequences\">Consequences of violations<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the severity, breaking the guidelines can lead to a warning, removal of content, restriction of features, or suspension and closure of your account. Serious violations \u2014 such as harassment, fraud, or threats \u2014 can result in immediate removal from the platform.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"faqs\">FAQs<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What should I do if a tutor behaves inappropriately?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stop the interaction, and report it through Messages or to <a href=\"mailto:support@tutorac.com\">support@tutorac.com<\/a>. Include details so the team can investigate. Your safety comes first.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why can&#8217;t I move communication or payments off Tutorac?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keeping everything on-platform protects you \u2014 your payments, milestone protections, and dispute support all rely on the activity happening through Tutorac. Off-platform arrangements remove those protections.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Will the other person know I reported them?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reports are handled confidentially. The team reviews the situation without disclosing who raised the report.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I record my live sessions?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only with the consent of everyone involved.
