This article walks through the subscription management options.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"in-this-article\">In this article<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"#open-my-subscription\">Open My Subscription<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#review\">Review your active plan<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#change-card\">Update or change your saved card<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#change-plan\">Switch plans<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#cancel\">Cancel a subscription<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#invoices\">Find your invoices<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#faqs\">FAQs<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"open-my-subscription\">Open My Subscription<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sign in to Tutorac and open the profile menu in the top right of the page. Once you have an active subscription, the profile menu shows extra options:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>My Subscription<\/strong> \u2014 your live subscription details.<\/li><li><strong>Buy Subscription<\/strong> \u2014 opens the plans page if you want to change tier.<\/li><li><strong>My Profile \u2192 Invoices<\/strong> \u2014 a record of every renewal payment.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click <strong>My Subscription<\/strong> to open the subscription management page.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"review\">Review your active plan<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The My Subscription page shows everything about your current plan in one view:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The plan name and price (for example, monthly or yearly).<\/li><li>The renewal date when the next payment will be taken.<\/li><li>The card on file that will be charged.<\/li><li>The status of the subscription \u2014 Active, Pending, or Cancelled.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"change-card\">Update or change your saved card<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use <strong>Change Your Card<\/strong> on the My Subscription page to update payment details. You&#8217;ll be prompted to:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Enter the new card number, expiry, and CVV.<\/li><li>Confirm the change.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From the next renewal onwards, the new card is used. You can also manage saved cards from <strong>My Profile \u2192 Card Details<\/strong> to add or remove cards used for any purchase on Tutorac.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Tip: update your card a few days before the renewal date if your existing card is about to expire. This avoids a failed payment and a paused subscription.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"change-plan\">Switch plans<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To change between monthly and yearly plans (or to a different tier):<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Open the profile menu and click <strong>Buy Subscription<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Choose the new plan and complete payment.<\/li><li>The new plan takes over from your next billing cycle.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cancel\">Cancel a subscription<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want to stop auto-renewing, look for the cancel option on the My Subscription page. After confirming:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Your subscription status changes to <strong>Cancelled<\/strong>.<\/li><li>You keep access to the Video Courses library until the end of your current paid period.<\/li><li>No further renewal payments will be taken.<\/li><li>You can re-subscribe any time by opening <strong>Buy Subscription<\/strong> from the profile menu.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"invoices\">Find your invoices<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every subscription payment generates an invoice you can download for your records. To access them:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Open the profile menu in the top right.<\/li><li>Go to <strong>My Profile \u2192 Invoices<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Click any invoice to view or download it as a PDF.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"faqs\">FAQs<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When is my next payment?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The renewal date is shown on the My Subscription page. Tutorac will automatically charge your saved card on that date for the next billing period.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens if my card payment fails?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tutorac will retry the payment and email you. If renewal still fails, your subscription pauses at the end of your current paid period until you update the card and re-subscribe.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I get a refund for an unused part of my subscription?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, email <a href=\"mailto:support@tutorac.com\">support@tutorac.com<\/a> with your invoice details and the team will look into it.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Will I lose my saved progress if I cancel?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No. Your Watch History, bookmarks, and any individually purchased courses stay in your account. You&#8217;ll lose subscription-only access to the library, but anything you bought outright remains available in <strong>Purchased Courses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I remove a saved card I no longer use?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes. Open <strong>My Profile \u2192 Card Details<\/strong> and remove the card you don&#8217;t need.
