It&rsquo;s a workspace with tabs for sessions, curriculum, drive, quizzes &amp; assignments, messages, reports, and payments. This article walks you through three of the most important tabs &mdash; <strong>Sessions<\/strong>, <strong>Curriculum<\/strong>, and <strong>Quizzes &amp; Assignments<\/strong> &mdash; so you know where everything lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"in-this-article\">In this article<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"#open\">Opening your Training Batch workspace<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#sessions\">Sessions tab<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#curriculum\">Curriculum tab<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#quizzes\">Quizzes &amp; Assignments tab<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#filters\">Milestone and status filters<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#other-tabs\">The other tabs at a glance<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#faqs\">FAQs<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"open\">Opening your Training Batch workspace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sign in and click <strong>Trainings &rarr; My Training Batches<\/strong> in the top navigation.<\/li><li>You&rsquo;ll see a list of your batches with status badges (Upcoming, Ongoing, Completed, Cancelled).<\/li><li>Click any batch to open its workspace.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workspace opens on the <strong>Sessions<\/strong> tab by default. Across the top you&rsquo;ll see all available tabs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sessions\">Sessions tab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1440\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/tutorac.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/mr-batch-sessions.png\" alt=\"Tutorac Training Batch Sessions tab showing milestone filter, status sub-tabs (All, Upcoming, Completed, Cancelled, Trainer Missed), and the Request Extra class button.\" class=\"wp-image-110\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Sessions tab lists every individual class scheduled in your training. Each row shows the session topic, date and time, status, and join controls. Key things to know:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Milestone selector<\/strong> on the left lets you switch between milestones (Milestone 1, Milestone 2, etc.).<\/li><li><strong>Status sub-tabs<\/strong> filter the list: <em>All \/ Upcoming \/ Completed \/ Cancelled \/ Trainer Missed<\/em>. The number in parentheses is the count.<\/li><li><strong>Join<\/strong> appears next to a session when it&rsquo;s about to start.<\/li><li><strong>Request Extra class<\/strong> button (top right) lets you ask the tutor for an additional session beyond the planned schedule.<\/li><li>Past sessions stay in the list with a Completed badge. Recordings (if available) appear inline.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"curriculum\">Curriculum tab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1440\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/tutorac.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/mr-batch-curriculum.png\" alt=\"Tutorac Training Batch Curriculum tab showing the section-by-section course outline.\" class=\"wp-image-112\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Curriculum tab shows what you&rsquo;re going to learn, in order. It mirrors the structure of the Drive: every section here corresponds to a folder in Drive and a chunk of teaching time in Sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sections are listed top-to-bottom (Section 1, Section 2, &hellip;).<\/li><li>Expand a section to see the topics covered.<\/li><li>Some courses also show estimated duration per section.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use Curriculum as your map of the whole training and check it ahead of sessions to know what&rsquo;s coming up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"quizzes\">Quizzes &amp; Assignments tab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1440\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/tutorac.com\/help-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/mr-batch-quizzes.png\" alt=\"Tutorac Training Batch Quizzes and Assignments tab.\" class=\"wp-image-113\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tutors can publish quizzes and assignments here for you to complete between sessions. You&rsquo;ll see:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The title of each quiz\/assignment.<\/li><li>The section or milestone it belongs to.<\/li><li>Status &mdash; <em>Not started, In progress, Submitted, Graded<\/em>.<\/li><li>Due date (if the tutor set one).<\/li><li>A <strong>Start<\/strong> or <strong>Continue<\/strong> button.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After you submit, the tutor reviews and grades. Grades feed into your progress reports and feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"filters\">Milestone and status filters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Across the Sessions tab (and to some extent the other tabs), you can filter content by milestone and by status:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Milestone selector<\/strong> (left side) &mdash; switches which milestone&rsquo;s sessions\/quizzes you&rsquo;re viewing.<\/li><li><strong>Status radio tabs<\/strong> &mdash; All \/ Upcoming \/ Completed \/ Cancelled \/ Trainer Missed. Counts in parentheses make it easy to spot, say, two completed sessions vs. zero upcoming.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is especially useful in long batches where you might have dozens of past sessions and want to find just the upcoming ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"other-tabs\">The other tabs at a glance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Drive<\/strong> &mdash; the shared file workspace for this batch. See <a href=\"\/help-center\/2026\/05\/27\/how-to-use-the-drive-in-your-tutorac-training-batch\/\">How to use the Drive<\/a>.<\/li><li><strong>Messages<\/strong> &mdash; a chat scoped to this batch (distinct from the platform-wide Messages hub).<\/li><li><strong>reports<\/strong> &mdash; performance reports, attendance, quiz scores.<\/li><li><strong>payment<\/strong> &mdash; milestone payment status, invoices, and remaining balance.<\/li><li><strong>Alerts<\/strong> &mdash; system notifications for this batch.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also click the <strong>Show<\/strong> button under the batch title to expand a summary card with course name, type (Group \/ 1-to-1), and current status badge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"faqs\">FAQs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the difference between a milestone and a session?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A <strong>milestone<\/strong> is a chunk of your contract (usually mapped to a payment instalment and a set of curriculum sections). A <strong>session<\/strong> is one individual class within a milestone. One milestone usually contains several sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My batch shows &ldquo;No classes are scheduled yet&rdquo; &mdash; what do I do?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That means the tutor has not yet scheduled sessions for the selected milestone or filter. Message the tutor through the batch&rsquo;s Messages tab to confirm timing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I download a session recording?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recordings appear on completed sessions (where enabled). They are streamable from the Sessions tab; downloadability depends on the tutor&rsquo;s settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is the Curriculum the same across all batches of a course?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The base curriculum is the tutor&rsquo;s template, but they may adapt it slightly per batch based on learner needs. Always refer to the Curriculum tab inside <em>your<\/em> batch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What&rsquo;s the &ldquo;Trainer Missed&rdquo; sub-tab on Sessions?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sessions the tutor was supposed to host but did not.
